Account details — including your registered name — must match the name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. One Account Policy: Game PK operates a strict single-account policy. Bonus abuse via duplicate accounts is automatically detected and leads to permanent bans on all associated accounts.
All deposits on Game PK are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Game PK does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, or bank before initiating a transfer if you are unsure.

Providing false or misleading information in response to such requests will result in account suspension and the matter being escalated to the appropriate authorities.
Note: Only deposit funds that belong to you. Using funds from third parties — including family members — without explicit permission is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in account closure.
Withdrawal requests at Game PK are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering and to protect the integrity of player accounts.
Standard withdrawal processing times at Game PK are as follows:
Before any withdrawal is approved, you must have completed identity verification (KYC) by uploading a valid Pakistani government-issued ID. RNG (Random Number Generator) games at Game PK use a certified and independently audited Random Number Generator. Outcomes are entirely random and not influenced by previous results, player activity, or any external factors. Game PK does not manipulate RNG outcomes under any circumstances.
Live dealer games are conducted by real human dealers using physical equipment — cards, wheels, or dice as appropriate. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any Game PK content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
Unauthorised use of Game PK's brand, logo, or platform content for the purpose of creating fake websites, phishing pages, or fraudulent promotional materials is a serious criminal offence and will be pursued accordingly. Game PK provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure continuous availability and accurate functionality, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, and circumstances beyond our control may occasionally result in temporary service unavailability.
Game PK's liability to any individual player is limited to the balance held in their verified account at the time of any dispute. Game PK is not liable for indirect losses, loss of potential winnings on bets not placed due to technical issues, or any consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
Players are responsible for ensuring that their internet connection, device, and browser are compatible with the Game PK platform. Game PK is not liable for failed bets, incomplete transactions, or other issues arising from connectivity problems on the player's side.
Game PK collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering on Game PK, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document.
Game PK takes data security seriously. All personal and financial data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL. We do not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes. In such cases, the balance may be withheld pending investigation.
If Game PK closes your account due to responsible gaming concerns — for example, where we have identified signs of problem gambling — we will retain this information as required by our responsible gaming obligations and will not reopen the account during any self-exclusion or cooling-off period that was active at the time of closure.
